1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Jobs Global HR Consultancy (“JobsGlobal”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, or by using the CandidateHub by JobsGlobal mobile app or the JobsGlobalwebsite (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one personal account; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Tell us at once at it@jobsglobal.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You may delete your account at any time — see Delete Your Account.
4. What the Service does
JobsGlobal is a recruitment and professional networking platform. It lets you publish a professional profile, search and apply for jobs, connect and message other members, publish content, and attend online and in-person events. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through it.
We do not guarantee employment. Job listings are supplied by employers and recruiters. While we take action against listings we find to be fraudulent, we do not verify every listing, employer or applicant, and you should exercise your own judgement. Never pay a fee to secure a job offer, and report any request for payment to us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading or fraudulent job listings, profiles or credentials.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other members.
- Post unlawful, obscene, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
- Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from the Service without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Upload malware or any code intended to damage or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to collect personal data about other members for any purpose outside legitimate recruitment.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for the period described in our Privacy Policy, and except for content others have already shared or received.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, and limit, suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms or applicable law. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a way to appeal by writing to it@jobsglobal.com. We may act without notice where there is a risk of harm, fraud, or legal liability.
8. Paid features
Some features are offered on a paid or credit basis. Prices and inclusions are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, purchases of digital credits and subscription periods already started are non-refundable. Purchases made through a mobile app store are additionally governed by that store’s refund rules.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service links to and integrates third-party services (for example payment, video, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the JobsGlobal and CandidateHub names and logos, is owned by Jobs Global HR Consultancy and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or use our branding without written permission.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any job application will lead to an interview or offer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobs Global HR Consultancy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, employment opportunities, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Jobs Global HR Consultancy against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in section 7, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections on content licence (to the extent stated), intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify the Service and update these Terms. The revision date is shown at the bottom of this page. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at it@jobsglobal.com so we can try to resolve the matter.
