Child Safety Standards

Our commitment

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is absolutely prohibited on CandidateHub by JobsGlobal and on every JobsGlobal service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content, conduct, contact or account that sexualises, exploits, endangers or grooms a child, or that is used to facilitate any of those things.

Specifically, the following are prohibited without exception:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, links, animation, drawings or computer-generated and AI-generated depictions.
• Sexualisation of a minor, including sexualised commentary about a child, and content that presents a minor in a sexually suggestive manner.
• Grooming, sextortion, solicitation of a minor, or any attempt to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
• Trafficking of a minor, or the recruitment, advertising or brokering of a minor for sexual purposes, forced labour, domestic servitude or any other form of exploitation.
• Recruitment or job offers that target minors for any of the above, or that disguise exploitation as employment or overseas placement.
• Sharing, requesting, promoting, praising or providing access to CSAE material or to services that supply it.

These standards apply to every part of the service: profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, live and recorded video, job listings, pages, groups, events, uploaded documents and AI-generated content.

Our service is for adults

CandidateHub by JobsGlobal is a professional recruitment and networking service intended for users aged 18 and over. Our Google Play target audience is declared as 18 and older, and creating an account is limited to adults under our Terms of Service. Accounts we identify as belonging to a minor are removed.

How to report CSAE to us

Anyone — a user, a parent, an employer, a regulator or a member of the public — can report suspected CSAE to us by email, from anywhere in the world. You do not need an account to report, and you can report anonymously.

Please include where you saw the content (a link if you have one), the account involved, and what you saw. Do not attach, forward or re-share suspected CSAM — describing it and telling us where it is, is enough, and re-sharing it is itself illegal in most jurisdictions.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United Arab Emirates you can also reach the Ministry of Interior Child Protection Centre on 116111. Reports can additionally be made directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org, or to your national child protection hotline.

What we do with a report

1. We acknowledge the report and begin reviewing it. Reports alleging CSAE are triaged within 24 hours.
2. Content that we assess as CSAE is removed immediately, and the account is suspended pending the outcome of the review.
3. Confirmed CSAE results in permanent termination of the account and of any related accounts, and a block on re-registration.
4. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and to the relevant law enforcement authority in the jurisdiction concerned, as required by applicable law.
5. We preserve the associated evidence and account records for the period required by law so that investigating authorities can act on them, and we cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.
6. Where we can, and where doing so does not compromise an investigation, we tell the reporter the outcome.

How we prevent CSAE

• Our service is restricted to adults, and minors are not permitted to hold accounts.
• Our Terms of Service prohibit CSAE, and breaching them ends the account.
• Registration requires a verified email address before an account can be used.
• Profiles, posts, job listings and uploaded content are subject to moderation by our trust and safety team, and any user can report an account or a piece of content to us.
• Moderators are instructed to escalate any suspected CSAE immediately to the child safety point of contact named below, rather than handling it as ordinary abuse.

Our designated point of contact for child safety, including for Google Play, regulators, law enforcement and child protection organisations, is reachable at it@jobsglobal.com. This contact is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and to our compliance with these standards.

Compliance and review

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us and to our users, and with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. We review these standards at least once a year, and after any material change to the service, so that they continue to reflect what we actually do.
